About Aïre

My boobs have been big for as long as I can remember, which as you can probably relate, was much younger than I probably would’ve liked. I’ve spent the last 16 years struggling to find tops, shirts, dresses and swimwear that actually fit.  More often than not, shopping trips ended in frustration with limited options and nothing designed with my body in mind, and eventually I had enough.

Swimwear has always been the biggest culprit for me, bikinis to be exact. I love to travel. I love the beach, a pool, a spa but I’ve always hated the stress that comes with finding something to wear. I was the girl buying the comically wrong size, just to squeeze into the bikinis I loved but didn’t come in my cup size - when really, the product should fit ME. I was tired of limited sizes, repetitive styles, lack of innovation or trendy pieces - and the fact I constantly had to choose between support or feeling sexy, fun and free on the beach (You get what I mean, I don’t want to feel like I’m wearing a bra).

So, out of this frustration, Aïre was born. Named after the neighbourhood I grew up in (a nod to my beautiful home, Switzerland), it’s also the place where I first decided I would one day start my own brand. And here we are, 16 years later, creating pieces with you at the forefront. Creating products built to hold, not to hide - so you can feel your most most sexy, confident and supported.

I hope everything you put on your body makes you feel like an ice cold drink, on a blazzing hot day. Like you’re sleeping on a bed of clouds. Essentially, like your best self.
